Shipping and Receiving: Our cookies are individually bagged and heat sealed. They are placed in one of our custom boxes with filler for a beautiful presentation. We DO NOT ship cakes with dry ice, gel packs, or an insulated cooler. Our cookies ship at ambient temperature and arrive ready to eat! Depending on transit temperatures and weather, they may feel warm or cool to the touch upon arrival. The chocolate with be soft in the heat.
Freshness: Our cookies have no added preservatives and are best consumed within a few days after receiving them. If that is not possible, we recommend you freeze the cookies (up to 3 months). When ready to eat, thaw completely.
