This applesauce cake is flavored with a blend of spices that complement the juicy raisins and toasted pecans throughout the cake. Sprinkled with a cinnamon crumble, gives it that added touch. Ingredients: All Purpose Flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, enzyme), Applesauce (apples, water, ascorbic acid), Sugar, Brown Sugar (sugar, molasses), Butter, Corn Syrup (high fructose corn syrup, salt, vanilla), Vanilla extract (water, sugar, caramel color, artificial flavor, citric acid, sodium benzoate), Baking Soda (sodium bicarbonate). May contain: Cinnamon, All Spice, Nutmeg, Cloves, Raisins, Figs, Pecans, Dark Cocoa, Cocoa, Chocolate Chips, Coffee and Orange Extract.

Shipping and Receiving: Our cakes are in shrink-wrap packaging and placed in our custom cake box with filler for a beautiful presentation.  We DO NOT ship cakes with dry ice, gel packs nor an insulated cooler. Our cakes ship ambient temperature and arrive ready to eat! They may feel warm or cool to the touch upon arrival, depending on transit temperatures and weather.

Freshness: Our cakes have no added preservatives and are best consumed within a few days after receiving them. If that is not possible, we recommend that you freeze the cake in the shrink-wrap packaging (up to 6 months). When ready to eat, thaw completely.
