Refund policy
Cancellations must be made 7 days / 1 week, prior to the shipping date you chose.
We do not offer refunds after the cancellation period. If you need to reschedule your shipping day we will work with you if the cake has not been baked. If your cake arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 working days of delivery and we will try our best to work with you on the situation. We do not refund, replace or credit on a damaged cake due to mishandling during shipping.
