We ship our cakes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays of each week, via USPS Priority Mail 1-3 day shipping. Depending on the day your cake is shipped (Tuesday or Wednesday) will depend on the day your cake is delivered. With USPS Priority Mail 1-3 day shipping, your cake will arrive at it's delivery destination, Thursday - Saturday of said Shipping Week.

Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for undeliverable cakes or delays in the receipt of cakes due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control, including the absence of the gift recipient. We do not give refunds on orders that do not arrive on time due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.


Our Applesauce Cakes DO NOT ship with dry ice, gel packs nor an insulated cooler. Our Cakes ship ambient temperature, and arrive ready to eat! They may feel warm or cool to the touch upon arrival, depending on transit temperatures and weather. 


Our cakes have no added preservatives and are best consumed within a few days after receiving them. If that is not possible, we recommend that you freeze the cake in its shrink-wrap packaging up to 6 months. When ready to eat, thaw completely and enjoy. 


Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for delayed or undelivered items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please make sure that you have provided the correct zip code, apartment #, street #, or type of street (Blvd., Rd., Ave., etc.) to avoid a surcharge. Be aware we instruct the shipping carrier that no signature is required. Otherwise, it could take the cake beyond its shelf life to be delivered to the correct address. Carrier may leave cakes at the door if there is no one home. However carrier may choose, at its sole discretion, not to leave a package at the door if they feel it would be unsafe for any reason. Carrier instead will leave a tag indicating how to arrange pickup or another delivery. 


All Cake order modifications or order cancellations must be made at a minimum of 1 week/7 days prior to the selected shipping days. Please make note of your shipping days prior to check-out. We will make all attempts to accommodate late changes but can not guarantee within this time-frame. 


All items are final sale. If an item arrives damaged or spoiled, we will work with you to determine an appropriate solution. You must have proof with pictures of damage or spoilage, so we can determine the appropriate action to take. Please contact us to resolve the issue within 5 business days after delivery at
