Can I visit your Bakery? 

We are not a storefront. We ship, deliver and offer curbside pick up.  

What are your hours? 
Hours...Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 5:30 pm                                                    Local Delivery... 3:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Where are you located? 

3809 Oak Ridge Drive, Bryan, Texas 77802. We are a County & State Licensed Bakery, located in a residential area 3 miles from Texas A&M University

FAQ'S ABOUT GRANDMA PATE'S APPLESAUCE CAKES (Nationwide)

What is the size of the Applesauce Cakes and how many servings are there? 

Our cakes are 8" in diameter and has 10 servings. 

How are your cakes prepared? 

Our cakes are made from scratch per order. There are no preservatives in our cakes. They are baked and shipped the following day at ambient temperature. 

What is the schedule for ordering a cake? 

When ordering one of our Applesauce Cakes, choose the week you wish your cake to ship. Our cakes ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays via USPS Priority Mail 1-3 day shipping. Cakes are delivered Thursday - Saturday of said shipping week. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for undeliverable cakes or delays in the receipt of cakes due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control, including the absence of the gift recipient. We do not give refunds on orders that do not arrive on time due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Do you ship to other countries? 

We currently ship only in the United States. 

Do you ship to P.O. boxes? 

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. 

Can I have my cake shipped with special conditions? 

Our cakes are made per our recipe and we will not alter our process in any way. 

What is the shelf life of the Applesauce Cakes? 

Cakes are best consumed within a few days of arriving to you. If that is not possible we recommend you store them in the shrink-wrapped packaging in the freezer for up to 6 months. Thaw completely before enjoying at a later date. 

What is the cancellation policy? 

Cancellations must be made 7 days / 1 week, prior to the shipping date you chose. 

Can I add a personalized message with the cake for a gift? 

Yes, we will include a personalized message (on the shipping slip) with your order if it is provided by you in customizing your purchase. Please make sure you send it to the correct shipping address if it is being shipped to someone else. 

How long will it take my cake to arrive? 

We ship USPS priority mail (1-3 day shipping). Keep that in mind when choosing your shipping week..

Do you offer refunds? 

We do not offer refunds after the cancellation period. If you need to reschedule your shipping day we will work with you if the cake has not been baked. If your cake arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 working days of delivery and we will try our best to work with you on the situation. We do not refund, replace or credit on a damaged cake due to mishandling during shipping. 

Do you give corporate discounts on the Applesauce Cakes?

Our Gourmet Cookies are made from scratch. They are baked fresh per order. 

What is the schedule for ordering a cookies? 

When ordering our Gourmet Cookie Assortment, choose the week you wish your cookies to ship. Our cookies ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays via USPS Priority Mail 1-3 day shipping. What is your current schedule? 

Or schedule each day / week depends on our bookings. For large orders, it's always best to place your order a week or two in advance. A month or more is even better. We know sometimes that is not possible, so contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

What is your current schedule? 

Or schedule each day / week depends on our bookings. It's always best to place your order a week or two in advance. For large orders a month or more is even better. We know sometimes that is not possible, so contact us and we will try our best to help you out. 

What is your delivery area? 
We delivery in Bryan / College Station, including Texas A&M Campus.
What is your delivery fee? 

Delivery is $10.00 per location.  

Does someone have to be at the delivery location to accept delivery? 

We do not leave our products unattended. The recipient, designated person or desk attendant at dorm or hotel, must be present to receive the order. 

How do you set up a delivery time? 

You must provide us with a phone number to contact the recipient whom the order is for. The day of delivery, we will text or call them midday to set up a time they are available. If delivery is to a hotel, you may provide us with the best afternoon time. 

What time are deliveries? 

We deliver Monday - Friday, 3:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. If you require a different time, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you. 

Can I have the Gourmet Cookies made with special conditions? 

Our cookies are made with our custom recipes and we will not alter them. 

What size are the cookies? 

Our cookies are approximately 3.5" in diameter. One cookie makes a very nice treat. 

What is the shelf life of the Gourmet Cookies? 

Our cookies are always best and freshest to enjoy within 3 to 4 days after they are delivered. If you need to store them longer, we suggest individually wrapping them for a longer shelf life or freezing them up to 3 months. If freezing, allow to thaw completely before enjoying. 

Can I cancel or reschedule my cookie order? 

If your plans have changed prior to the day of delivery, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

Do you offer refunds on cookie orders? 

We will not offer refunds or credits on cookie orders after the process of the order has been started?  

Can a Gourmet Cookie order be personalized? 

If your cookies are for a gift, we will attach a personalized card to the bakery box / tray and tie it up with bow.  

Can the Gourmet Cookies be individually wrapped? 

For an additional charge we can individually wrap our cookies. The bags are heat sealed and secured.
